What is “Flat Fee”?

Flat Fee Service, (Selling or Lease Purchase) is your opportunity to hire a broker on a “limited services” basis, where the obligation of the broker is simply to enter your listing into the Richmond Multiple Listing Service for a nominal fee.  Here your home will be exposed to thousands of potential buyers plus all 4500 Richmond Realtors (changes daily).


Why use “Flat Fee”?

My Sign is NOT on your property – you are simply agreeing and marketing your property to additional agents & buyers with the understanding and agreement to pay a fee you select, should they write the contract (minimum of 1% or equivalent.).  If you choose 2%, 3% or more, you will receive massive exposure for your property. (Whatever amount you select.)

ALSO, since buyer agents will be dealing directly with you, it will be much easier to obtain feedback and see what buyers liked and more importantly, what they didn't like.  This way you can make adjustments quickly!
